As Christian teens, navigating the complexities of life can be challenging. From peer pressure to societal norms, there are numerous factors that can influence our beliefs and values. However, with a strong foundation in biblical wisdom, we can empower ourselves to stay true to our Christian values and principles.

That's why it's so important to spend your quiet time in the morning, giving your first moments of the day to Jesus. But first, let's clarify what quiet time is. Quiet time is a special time you spend with the Lord, often in the morning, where you pray, read your Bible, study His Word, talk to Him, and build your relationship with Him.
You might be wondering, How do I do my quiet time? Where do I start? Which book of the Bible should I read? Don't worry, quiet time isn't meant to be stressful. It's a time to meditate on God's Word and connect with Him.
I recommend starting with a prayer and perhaps some worship. I personally love playing worship songs on my guitar, but you can also play worship music on your phone. You might want to write down your prayer requests, notes on what you're learning in the Bible, or even things God has put on your heart. As for reading the Bible, it's entirely up to you.
You can read anywhere in Scripture, trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide you. time is doing it every day, even when life gets busy.
Not every quiet time needs to be long, a shorter time with God can be just as meaningful. It's not about the amount of time, but the quality of your relationship with Jesus.
Quiet time helps you know Jesus in a deeper way and tune your heart to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit.
It's a time to spend with our Father, best friend, Creator, and Savior. It gives us the strength and guidance to navigate this world, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us.
"BUT YOU, WHEN YOU PRAY, GO INTO YOUR ROOM, AND WHEN YOU HAVE SHUT YOUR DOOR, PRAY TO YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN THE SECRET PLACE; AND YOUR FATHER WHO SEES IN SECRET WILL REWARD YOU OPENLY." MATTHEW 6:6
